Google shows AI-generated overviews above the search results in nine European countries, including Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and Poland, with links to the websites they draw on. Your website should give clear answers that can be picked up.

Do you work with businesses outside Germany?
Yes. The first call, the review of every draft and the launch all work by video and email, so nobody has to travel. You speak directly with Victor Knapp from the first call to launch.
Which languages can we work in?
English, French or German, for the first call and throughout the project. Meetings take place at a time that suits you, based on German time (CET/CEST).
What does it cost, and how do we pay?
Every project is priced individually. You receive a fixed quote in euros before any work begins; the contract only starts once you accept it. Website care after launch costs €99 a month with no minimum term: either side can cancel with four weeks’ notice to the end of a month.
Who owns the website?
Once the project is paid in full, you receive the unrestricted rights to the design, texts and page structure created for you, and you can continue to run the website with another provider. Connections between software and automations built by acessio remain ours; you can use them for as long as website care runs. Terms, § 8
How do you handle personal data?
We prefer services that run in the EU and load third-party tools only after consent. Before we process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing agreement
Can you make my website accessible?
Yes. We check your key pages against the WCAG success criteria, fix the barriers in code and content and document the result. Whether the European Accessibility Act applies to your business is a legal question; we take care of the technical side. Accessibility
